Green is one of those colors that looks intentional on almost everyone, and a cardigan is the most useful layer in the wardrobe. Put them together and you have something that genuinely earns a place in regular rotation. We’ve been obsessive about getting this edit right because the wrong green reads muddy or costume-y and the wrong cardigan just hangs there doing nothing. The right combination though? It looks considered without trying hard, which is exactly what we’re after. We’ve pulled sage, olive, forest, and that particular bottle green that photographs like a dream. Button fronts and open styles. Chunky knits and fine gauges that layer under coats without the bulk. These are the cardigans we actually reach for when the temperature drops or an outfit needs one more thing. They work over summer dresses in the evening, over wide leg trousers on a Tuesday, over basically everything. Green does not blend into the background. It never did.
