Olive and khaki versions sit naturally with denim, tailored trousers, and the kind of neutral knitwear that makes up most fenerally worn outfits, they add warmth without asking a question. A true green, on the other hand, wants to be the only bright thing in the frame, paired with black, navy, cream or grey so it reads as an intentional accent rather than a clash. Either way, the bag should sit at the hip, not tucked under a coat, otherwise there is no reason to have chosen it over a plain cross body.

Occasion wise, this is a daytime shape. It earns its place on travel days, at markets, on long walks through a city, anywhere hands need to stay free and a bag needs to survive being knocked about. It is not an evening piece, and trying to make it one usually looks like a compromise rather than a styling choice.
