Occasion wise, this is your birthday dinner dress, your engagement party dress, your reason to leave the house on a Tuesday dress. It suits anything with a bit of ceremony to it, a table booked, a photo taken at the start of the night while everyone still looks fresh. It is not an everyday piece and does not need to pretend to be. Some things are allowed to be for the good nights only, and a blue corset dress, done properly, is exactly that.
