The Blue A Line Skirts Worth Your Money

I spent years thinking blue meant navy, full stop, and navy meant sensible, and sensible meant it belonged in a drawer next to the tights I only wear for funerals. Wrong on every count. Chunky loafers or boots ground it, a heeled sandal takes it somewhere with better lighting.
